Il Massaggio Sonoro Armonico può essere definito come una "esperienza vibrazionale".
Che tutto vibri è storia ormai nota, le conoscenze scientifiche acquisirono il concetto già con Max Plank, il padre della fisica quantistica. Ogni parte del nostro corpo, perciò, come ogni cosa in natura, vibra con una frequenza fondamentale particolare e nello stato di equilibrio ogni componente di questo sistema vibra con una frequenza armonica rispetto alle altre.
La meditazione ci porta a conoscere noi stessi e ad entrare in un percorso di crescita interiore.
E’ un contatto schietto e diretto con noi stessi e con ciò che ci circonda, liberi dagli innumerevoli filtri che si interpongono tra noi e la realtà, imparando a conoscere il nostro essere più profondo.
